Online

The City of Westerville offers an online service to help customers manage their utility accounts. The Utility Customer Portal will enable residents to pay utility bills online*, view e-bills, usage data, payment history and more. Visit the Utility Customer Portal to get started.  

Customers will need their six-digit customer number and six-digit account numbers when completing online transactions. A $2.95 fee will apply for each online payment up to $1,000*. The City will apply a .45 fee for EFT checking account payments.

Phone

Customers can also make debit/credit card or EFT checking account payments over the phone without registering by calling (866) 737-0442. Check payments will not be accepted by phone.

Auto Pay

Auto Pay is an option to have your payment electronically drafted from your bank account or credit/debit card on the due date each month. Please establish an account via the Utility Customer Portal at www.Westerville.org/BillPay to use the auto pay feature.

In Person

Cash, check, and money order payments are also accepted in person at 64 E. Walnut St. Monday -Friday from 8 a.m.-5 p.m.

DROP BOX

For your convenience in making payments after hours, there are night drop boxes at the following locations: 64 East Walnut Street (drive-up box, street side, opposite the flag pole) or 21 South State Street (drive-up box in the rear parking lot). Please do not place cash in any of our night drop boxes.
