The City is excited to announce the launch of a new Utility Customer Portal. In addition to viewing e-bills, usage data and payment history, the new portal improves customers’ experience and provides access to more information regarding residential and commercial utility usage. Customers can access the new portal using the same web address that was previously provided for the former portal (www.Westerville.org/BillPay).

Benefits
- Convenience: The portal enables one-time payments and automatic, recurring payments using bank accounts (checking or savings) or *credit cards.

Cost savings: Bank drafting transactions fees are only 45 cents, which is more cost-effective than submitting payment through the U.S. Postal Service.
*Credit card fees are $2.95 per $1,000 transaction.
Customers who are currently enrolled in the City of Westerville Utilities portal for autopayments and e-bills must register in the new portal to continue these services.
Enrollment Now Open
Setting up an account in the new portal is easy and only takes a few minutes. Simply visit www.Westerville.org/BillPay, then enter your name, phone number, email address, customer number and zip code to set up your account. The new portal is live, and customers may register at any time. Delayed account creation could result in late payments.
