The City of Westerville periodically conducts maintenance on water lines feeding residential and commercial properties. Maintenance may require periodic, controlled water line shutdowns. Customers will always be notified via mail prior to any scheduled or anticipated water service disruption, and will also be notified if a boil advisory will be implemented.
