Outdoor Items

Lawn Furniture
All lawn furniture, including patio umbrellas & picnic tables, should be set out neatly at curb on your regular
scheduled pick up day.


Lawn Care/Gardening Equipment

Push-style lawn mowers, small tillers, leaf blowers, small snow blowers and chain saws may be set at curb
for pick up on your regular scheduled trash day. 

Items must be drained of all gasoline and oil before setting at curb.


Decks
Disassemble all decking as much as possible.  If the decking is in sections, they should be approximately
4-foot by 4-foot.  If decking is in individual pieces, they should be cut into 4-foot lengths and bundled together
no heavier than 50 pounds per bundle.

Please hammer nails back into wood to prevent any injuries.
 

Once the deck is ready for disposal it may be set out neatly at curb on your regular trash pick up day.


Storage Sheds
Sheds should be cut down into 4-foot by 4-foot sections and stacked neatly at the curb on your regular trash
pick up day.  Individual pieces should be cut down to 4-foot lengths and tied together in bundles weighing less
than 50 pounds per bundle.


Basketball Poles
Remove the backboard from the pole.  The pole should be cut into approximately 4-foot sections and tied
together, not to exceed 50 pounds per bundle.    Set bundles out to curb on your regular pick up day.

Pole sections must be free of concrete.


Hot Tubs
Hot tubs should be cut into quarter sections and set out to curb on your regular trash pick up day.  Wooden
covers for hot tubs should also be cut into quarters and set out on your regular trash pick up day.


Recreational Equipment

Items such as bikes and skies should be placed neatly at curb on your regularly scheduled trash
pick up day.
