The Patrol Bureau is the largest bureau of the Westerville Division of Police, and is responsible for responding to emergency calls, calls for service, traffic crashes, while also proactively patrolling neighborhoods, business districts, school zones, and parks within the city of Westerville. The bureau is comprised of 34 Officers, 9 Supervisors, and an Administrative Secretary. Our officers are committed to preventing and reducing crime, providing assistance to those in need, and fostering positive relationships with the community.

The bureau consists of smaller units including:
