The parks and recreational facilities in Westerville, including the Community Center, Senior Center, Everal Barn and Homestead, Highlands Park Aquatic Facility, almost 30 miles of bikepaths and nearly 600 acres of parkland, continue garner state and national recognition for providing great service to the community.

Westerville places great pride in the infrastructure it provides for the residents and is committed to an aggressive maintenance schedule to protect this investment. The maintenance and replacement of capital equipment is planned years into the future and the routine maintenance is tended to by a devoted staff to ensure the recreational environment is ready for action at all times.
