Wellness – An active process of becoming aware and making choices toward a more successful and fulfilling quality of life.
Education – Programs and resources in the community to assist in the cultural shift of becoming healthy and active.
Leisure – Engagement of the community to participate in structured and unstructured physical activity for all ages and abilities.
Lifestyle – A culmination of physical and mental activities, nutrition, education, screenings, and safety that assist in creating a healthy and active standard of living within the community.
