The new “Tell Westerville” mobile application and service request portal, powered by SeeClickFix, is now available for download. It replaces the “My Westerville” mobile application, which is no longer supported.The new application features an attractive design and better access to important information. The service request portal places a greater emphasis on sharing the location of issues needing to be addressed by the City.
“Tell Westerville,” builds on the City’s existing digital customer service brand established on its Twitter account, www.twitter.com/tellwesterville.
To download the new mobile application, simply visit your mobile application store (Google Play, Apple App Store) and search “Tell Westerville” to download.
