Out of an abundance of caution, due to growing concerns related to COVID-19 and based on direction given to public institutions from Governor Mike DeWine, the City, in collaboration with its community partners (Westerville City Schools, Otterbein University, Westerville Public Library, and the Chamber of Commerce) is postponing the State of the Community, scheduled for the evening of Thursday, March 12 at The Point on Otterbein’s campus.

Check back for the announcement of the new event date and time.

This free annual event brings The Westerville Partnership together with the community to celebrate volunteerism and the successes of the prior year and look ahead at what is to come.

Come mingle with neighbors and local organizations over hors d’oeuvres. A brief presentation, video and awards will follow at 6:30 p.m. Be sure to visit the partner booths to engage in demonstrations and learn more about each group. Additional networking time with dessert will cap the evening.

The Westerville Partnership includes the City of Westerville, Otterbein University, Westerville Area Chamber of Commerce, Westerville Public Library and Westerville City Schools.
