NOTICE TO BIDDERS

Sealed bids for the construction of the 2017 Street Rehabilitation Project, Contract B and Alum Creek / Sharon Woods Connector Trail (Project No’s. 2017-001, 2013-1621), will be received by the City of Westerville, Ohio at the Office of the City Manager, 2nd Floor, 21 S. State Street, Westerville, Ohio 43081, until 3:00 p.m. (local time) on Wednesday, January 18, 2017 and will be publicly opened and read immediately thereafter. 

The WORK in accordance with the CONTRACT DOCUMENTS, dated December 16, 2016, and any addenda thereto, involves street reconstruction (including curb inlet replacement, asphalt rejuvenation, and other appurtenant WORK) and construction of approximately 4,000 feet of asphalt recreational pathway (including 60-foot wooden pedestrian bridge, concrete sidewalk, and roadway crossing traffic control devices).

The City of Westerville is accepting proposals from qualified providers for an Internal Affairs Case Management System and Early Intervention System.

The work in accordance with the City’s Request for Proposal (RFP), dated January 9, 2017, and any addenda thereto, includes, but is not limited to, the delivery and implementation of an off-the-shelf Internal Affairs Case Management System and Early Intervention System that requires little or no custom software development to meet the City’s stated requirements

Any addenda issued by the City will be posted on this site no later than 5 PM (local time) on January 24, 2017. The City will endeavor to have a copy of such addendum delivered to each person receiving a set of RFP documents; however, it is ultimately the offeror’s responsibility to check this site for verification of any issued addenda.

 

All proposals must be submitted by the end of the day on Friday, February 3, 2017 via e-mail to the POC shown on the cover of the RFP.  Proposals received after this time will not be considered.

The City reserves the right to a) reject any or all proposals, or to make no award, b) request modifications to initial proposals or c) to make partial or multiple awards. The City further reserves the right to excuse technical defects in a proposal when, in its sole discretion, such excuse is beneficial to the City.
