Electric Division Office Alterations Phase 2 Request for Bids for finish updates to existing office spaces and appurtenant improvements. In the Administrative Building, the men’s locker room entry is being reconfigured to optimize space within the adjacent crew breakroom, the crew breakroom is being updated to improve storage capacity and operational workflow, and the restroom and shower facilities are receiving minor updates. In the adjacent Storage Building, the existing restroom is being expanded to provide two single-occupant restrooms and a dedicated janitor’s closet. |
