GUIDELINES FOR SOLICITATION PERMITS
Solicitation Permit
All companies or individuals, groups or companies wishing to solicit in Westerville are required to complete a registration form available in the Clerk of Council's Office. All vendors wishing to sell food from vehicles must also complete the Solicitation Permit Application form.
When an individual or group expresses a desire to solicit in Westerville, they are required to complete a registration form and submit it to the Clerk of Council. All applications will be reviewed, and background checks will be conducted. All issued permit holders are required to carry a Solicitors Identification Card at all times and to produce it upon request. Solicitors may engage in door-to-door sales or soliciting between the hours of 9 a.m. - 9 p.m., Monday - Sunday. Solicitors are not allowed to engage with residents on a state or national holiday. Right-of-Way Solicitation Permit
