The Westerville Board of Zoning Appeals (BZA) will meet on Thursday, June 11, at 6:30 p.m. at the Westerville Justice Center, located at 229 Huber Village Blvd. to consider the following request:
BZA 2026-07: Request for Variance from the Standards of Chapter 1122 (RR Rural Residential District) of the City of Westerville Planning and Zoning Code to allow a new principal structure to be located 15 feet from the south side property line (minimum 25 feet)
