Planning Commission - Wednesday, July 22, 2026

The Westerville Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing in the City of Westerville Justice Center at 229 Huber Village Boulevard on Wednesday July 22, 2026 at 6:30 p.m. to consider the following request:

PC 2026-16: Request for conditional use permit approval for a 35,000 square foot training facility in an existing building on 5.5 acres in the Planned Industrial District (PID); location: 701-719 Brooksedge Plaza Drive; applicant: Michael Copella.
