The Westerville Planning Commission will hold a public meeting on Wednesday, April 22 at 6:30 p.m. at the Westerville Justice Center to consider the following requests:

PC 2026-06: Request for conditional use permit approval for a new 3,300 square foot dance studio in an existing office building on 9.0 acres in the Planned Industrial District (PID)

PC 2026-08: Request for site plan approval with variances for development of a new 1,344 square foot building (restaurant) on .295 acres in the Community Commercial (CC) District with the Central College Special Overlay District (SOD)
