PC 2026-01: Request for a conditional use permit for a new accessory dwelling unit (ADU) with variance on .32 acres in the R-1 Single-Family Residential District
- Location: 188 Orchard Ln.
- Applicant: Paul Fatkins
PC 2026-02: Request for rezoning of a .849 acre site from Office/Institutional (O/I) District to Community Commercial (CC) District to facilitate adaptive reuse of an existing 4,800 sq. ft. building
- Location: 33 South Cleveland Ave.
- Applicant: Andrew Royer
