The Westerville City Council will meet on Tuesday, Nov. 4 at 7 p.m. at the Westerville Justice Center, located at 229 Huber Village Blvd. Community members are welcome to attend the meeting in person. Live streams and archived recordings are also available on Westerville.TV. During the meeting, Council will consider the following:
- ORDINANCE NO. 2025-29: To approve modifications to the preliminary development plan and development standards text for mixed use development on a 37.6+/- acre tract in a Planned Development (PD) located on the west side of alum creek north and south of Polaris Parkway
- ORDINANCE NO. 2025-30: To amend Part 11 of the Codified Ordinances and the zoning map of the City of Westerville, rezoning a 1.28+/- acre tract located at 1259 and 1269 Central College Rd. from Rural Residential (RR) district to Planned Development (PD) district, and to approve modifications to the Village at Central College preliminary development plan and development standards text.
- ORDINANCE NO. 2025-31: To amend various sections of the Part 11 of the Codified Ordinances of the City of Westerville, including Chapter 1109 (Amendments), Chapter 1179 (Fences and Hedges), Chapter 1173 (Landscaping) and Chapters 1107, 1108, 1113, 1157, 1181 (Submittal Requirements), and to approve technical amendments for code consistency and clarity.
