NOTICE is hereby given that the Westerville Board of Zoning Appeals will hold a public meeting at the Westerville Justice Center at 229 Huber Village Blvd on August 13, 2026, at 6:30 p.m. to consider the following request:

BZA 2026-09: REQUEST FOR VARIANCE FROM THE STANDARDS OF CHAPTER 1122 (RURAL RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT) OF THE CITY OF WESTERVILLE PLANNING AND ZONING CODE TO ALLOW A PRINCIPAL STRUCTURE TO BE LOCATED 42.58 FT FROM THE FRONT PROPERTY LINE (MIN. 60 FT); LOCATION: 760 COOPER ROAD; APPLICANT: ANTONIO GALVAO.
