State Street, between West Plum and East Home Streets, closes from 5-9 p.m. to allow more space for attendees.  Signage indicates no parking on State Street from 4-10 p.m. Please note that vehicles left parked along this section of State Street after 4:30 p.m. will be towed. The following additional road closure information takes effect at 4 p.m.:

• East College Avenue, from State to Vine Streets.
• East Main, from State Street to the parking areas behind the Uptown businesses/Haywood Alley
• East Park Street will be closed from State to Vine Streets.
• West College Avenue, from State Street to City Hall Parking Lot (parking lot A)
• Winter Street to the parking lot entrance. Access to the Union Savings Bank drive-thru is maintained via Winter Street.
• West Main Street, from State Street to the Middlefield Bank drive-thru
• West Main Street, between State Street and Guitner Alley (eastbound traffic permitted to allow access to parking lot C)
• West Park Street, from State to S. Knox.  (eastbound traffic permitted to allow access to parking lot A)

On-street parking will be prohibited in the following locations from 4 p.m. to 10 p.m.: 

• State Street, between Walnut and West Home Streets 
• Vine Street, between Park Street and Old County Line Road
• Plum Street, between State Street and Grove Street
• Park Street, between Vine Street and Summit Street
• E. Home Street, between State Street and Vine Street

Parking Lot restrictions are as follows:

• A portion of lot "D" (at The Gathering Place and next to Columbus Running Company) will be closed briefly for event staging (until approximately 5:00 pm). The portion of lot "D" east of The Gathering Place will not be impacted.
• Parking spaces behind the Los Altos Mexican Bar and Grill on East College Avenue will be unavailable.
