For residents who wish to opt out of unsolicited visits, the City is making the process easier than ever. The City has launched a new, simple online form that allows residents to add their address to an annual No Solicitation list. All permitted solicitors will be provided with access to the No Solicitation Registry on the City’s website, and violators will be subject to penalties. Charitable, political and faith-based organizations are not considered solicitors that must obtain permits to visit private residences; however, those entities must still honor posted signs and the 9 a.m. - 9 p.m. approved hours requirement.
Visit the No Solicitation Registry page to join the No Solicitation Registry, download a "No Solicitors" sign, browse frequently asked questions and view a list of current permit holders.
Limited "No Solicitors" signs are also available at the Justice Center (229 Huber Village Blvd.) and the Community Center (350 N. Cleveland Ave.).
