Westerville households will soon receive postcards requesting feedback for the 2018 Online Resident Survey. This survey, conducted every other year, helps City leaders and staff evaluate existing services and programs.

Each household is requested to complete one survey by Monday, Dec. 31. To access the survey, visit and enter the household identification number located on the right side of the postcard (see below).

The survey should take approximately 20 minutes to complete. Your household’s response is strictly confidential. The City will not match individuals or households to survey responses.

If you are aware of a neighbor without internet access: the survey can be accessed for free at the Westerville Public Library (126 S. State St.) during normal business hours. Surveys can also be accessed by appointment on the second floor of Westerville City Hall, 21 S. State St. Please call (614) 901-6400 to schedule a time.
