Utility Customer Portal
The City of Westerville now offers an online service to help customers manage their utility accounts. The utility customer care portal will enable residents to pay utility bills online*, view e-bills, usage data, payment history and more. To get started, visit www.westerville.org/billpay.
Additionally, customers can now make debit or credit card payments over the phone without registering by calling 1 (844) 368-1114*. Check payments will not be accepted by phone.
Customers will need their six-digit customer number and six-digit account number handy when completing phone or online transactions.
Please note utility bills can still be paid using previous methods, including:
Visit the Utility Billing payment window at 64 E. Walnut St. between 8 a.m. - 5 p.m., Monday-Friday

Place payments in marked drop boxes at the following locations: 64 E. Walnut St. (drive-up box, street side, opposite the flagpole) or 21 S. State St. (walk-up box in the rear parking lot.) Please do not place cash in any of our night drop boxes.
