New Utility Customer Portal

The City of Westerville is introducing a new online service to help customers manage their utility accounts. The utility customer care portal will enable residents to pay utility bills online*, view e-bills, usage data, payment history and more. To get started, visit www.westerville.org/billpay.

Additionally, customers can now make debit or credit card payments over the phone without registering by calling 1 (844) 368-1114*. Check payments will not be accepted by phone.

Customers will need their six-digit customer number and six-digit account number handy when completing phone or online transactions.

Please note utility bills can still be paid using previous methods, including:

IN PERSON
Visit the Utility Billing payment window at 64 E. Walnut St. between 8 a.m. - 5 p.m., Monday-Friday

MAIL-IN
Mail payments to:

City of Westerville
Utility Billing Department
PO BOX 6107
Westerville, OH 43086-6107

DROP BOXES
Place payments in marked drop boxes at the following locations: 64 E. Walnut St. (drive-up box, street side, opposite the flagpole) or 21 S. State St. (walk-up box in the rear parking lot.) Please do not place cash in any of our night drop boxes.
