Memorial Day in Westerville

Please note the following upcoming special hours and events in observance of the Memorial Day holiday. 

CITY FACILITY HOURS:
City offices will be closed on Monday, May 29 in observance of Memorial Day.
The Westerville Community Center will be open from 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. WCC pools will be open from 1 - 5 p.m.

YARD WASTE, REFUSE AND RECYCLING:
Yard Waste will be collected on Tuesday, May 30.
Refuse and Recycling will be collected on Wednesday, May 31.

EVENTS:
Mount Carmel St. Ann’s 4th Friday: Back to Nature
Friday, May 26, 2017, 6-9 p.m.
Enjoy more than 100 street vendors, food carts, live entertainment, kids’ activities, extended hours in the Uptown shops and much more! May’s Back to Nature brings the great outdoors to you with ideas and opportunities to get out and get active this spring and summer.

Field of Heroes
Friday, May 26-Monday, May 29
Join the Westerville Sunrise Rotary and community partners for the ninth annual Field of Heroes. More than 3,000 American flags will wave proudly on the grounds of the Westerville Sports Complex to commemorate the Memorial Day holiday. Click here for a detailed schedule of events.

Memorial Day Parade
Monday, May 29, 2017, beginning at  9:45 a.m.
Parade Route: From the intersection of W. College Ave and N. State St. to Otterbein Cemetery by way of State St., Bishop Dr., and Knox St. Parade will end at Otterbein Cemetery. Ceremonies will follow.
