NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS
Notice is hereby given that the Westerville Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a public meeting in City Council Chambers at 21 South State Street on Thursday, April 11, 2013 at 6:30 p.m. to consider the following request:
BZA 2013-01: Application for variance from the Standards of Chapter 1181 (Signs) of the City of Westerville Planning and Zoning Code to Permit Construction of a Permanent Ground Sign within the Required Minimum Setback for an Existing Bank in the Community Commercial (CC) District with the South State Street Corridor Overlay District (SOD); Location: 833 S. State Street; Applicant: City of Westerville.
