Westerville Again Earns AAA Credit Ratings
The City of Westerville has earned the AAA rating from Moody’s Investor Services and Standard & Poor’s (S&P) for the fourth consecutive year. AAA represents the highest achievable bond ratings for governmental entities, reserved for the highest quality, lowest credit risk agencies.

City Announces Plan to Acquire 67 Acres of Land for Commercial Development
The City of Westerville announced plans to acquire 67 acres of land in the Westar Center of Business, a growing epicenter of commerce located east of Interstate 71 along Polaris Parkway in Westerville. Westerville City Council will consider the $6.7 million land purchase, along with $9.5 million in tax increment financing (TIF) in infrastructure reimbursements on Tuesday, June 4.
