Electric Service
Residential Service
This service is available for domestic residential service to consumers supplied through the City’s existing secondary distribution facilities. The type of service is alternating current, 60 hertz delivered at a nominal secondary voltage of 120/240 volts, single phase.

Water Service

Sewer Deduct Meter Charge
For customers who have an auxiliary sewer deduct meter, a monthly fee of $2.00 per meter is charged recover administrative costs associated with the meter.
Residential Refuse Service
The owner, occupant or tenant of a residential premise will be billed a monthly service charge for the collection and disposal of solid waste. This fee is $18.00 per month.
Senior residents who are the head of the household and are 60 years of age or older can apply for a monthly refuse discount of $1.25. The monthly refuse rate for these customers will be $16.75 per month. To apply for the discount, seniors should visit the Utility Billing Department at 64 East Walnut Street and will be required to show proof of age identification to receive the discount. Upon request, a Westerville staff member can visit homebound residents to verify their age identification at their residence if they are unable to apply in person.
