  • Enter ‘User Name’

  • When finished, it’s important to click “Log Out” in the upper right side of your screen. If you don’t, your computer will remain logged in even after you shut down.

Any household that has previously participated in a Parks and Rec program, pass, or facility reservation may already have an online account. Those wanting to sign up for the first time will need to contact us by calling (614) 901-6500 or completing an Online Registration Form.

**If you are going to email the form; please be sure to save it as a document then attached the document to the email. Not saving it first can result in a blank form being sent**. Proof of residency will need to be shown, when applicable, in order to be eligible for the discounted resident rates.
