Fitness and wellness is a component of the healthy & active lifestyle message that is part of Westerville. There are numerous opportunities for all age groups to be active within our community, whether its using our leisure trails to walk, run or bike to participating in over 70 group fitness or yoga programs. In short, our fitness and wellness programming is an active process of becoming aware and making choices toward a better quality of life and sense of well-being.
New for Teens
Wheelin in Westerville is a NEW program built for teens to stay healthy and active while enjoying the many trails of Westerville and in Ohio. This two wheeled monthly program will meet every second Saturday for a leisurely stroll at 9 a.m. in the morning. Rides will generally last two-three hours varying on the trip with scenic stops, built-in entertainment, and even some rest stops along the way. A built in mileage program will also encourage riders to strive to ride for more, whether you do our smallest ride (five miles), or ride ‘em all (85 miles) an award will be waiting with a special Mileage Reward for those that complete every month.
