Fees

*  Sidewalk - equal to or greater than 200 square feet  (or 8 or more squares of sidewalk)

$100.00

*  Sidewalk - less than 200 square feet  (7 or less squares of sidewalk)

No Charge

*  Driveway approach and/or curb work

$100.00

Application Requirements

*  Plans for sidewalk, curb and driveway approach are not required

Time Limitations

*  Construction must be started within 60 days after issuance of permit and completed within 90 days after issuance

Inspections

*  When site work is complete, forms and stone base are in place

*  When concrete is scheduled to be poured

Inspection Process

Inspection for the site work, forms and base materials shall be called in 48 hours prior to the day of the inspection.  The inspector will check the site and confirm or deny the preparation and then make contact with the contractor to schedule a time for the concrete to be poured.  To schedule and inspection call 614-901-6650.
